You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return

If your return is accepted the buyer is responsible for purchasing a return label

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is correct
Galore Ringss is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
We cannot offer refunds in cases of incorrect address entry

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it
Contact us immediately with images if the product is defective or damaged
Contact us if the product is incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue

Wrong item received

Include your order number and clear photos of the incorrect product

Lost, unclaimed or damaged parcels

Galore Ringss is not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages once in the possession of the courier
Customers should file a complaint directly with the delivery courier / carrier
We are happy to assist in initiating claims where possible

Exchanges

To get a replacement please return your original product first
Once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item
This ensures you get your new size or style as quickly as possible

Refunds

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return
We will let you know if your refund has been approved
If approved a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
