Address Accuracy

Galore Ringss is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error and cannot offer refunds in such cases

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it

Contact us immediately with images if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue

Lost, Unclaimed, or Damaged Parcels

Galore Ringss is not responsible for any lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the courier

Customers should file a complaint with the shipping carrier and we are happy to assist in initiating claims where possible

Exchanges

To get a replacement, return your original product first

Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return and whether your refund is approved

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
